Bridgerton is back! And sure, I know your heart may still be aching that Regé-Jean Page won't be there to steam up the screen, but having seen all eight episodes already, I can say that as Lord Anthony Bridgerton and then some. He and as Kate Sharma have incredible chemistry that is a joy to watch unfold.
And then there's the antics and drama caused amongst Eloise (Claudia Jessie), Penelope (), Benedict (Luke Thompson), and Colin (Luke Newton) that will make you look forward to what's in store in the coming seasons. With that said, I know Friday might seem like a long time away, but there's plenty of other fantastic British period pieces to keep you entertained until then. Call the Midwife and Sanditon—both on PBS—return tonight for seasons 11 and two, respectively.
And while and The Gilded Age aren't set in England, they're still similar in nature, so you have new episodes of those to look forward to this week. If contemporary TV is more your thing, another stellar episode of will be broadcast on Tuesday, as well as the much-anticipated return of Atlanta on Thursday. Plus, check out Apple TV+'s gorgeous new prestige drama Pachinko, which you can read more about below. I'll see you all back here next Sunday for .
(I'll be on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair party after a two-year hiatus, so get ready for the glamour!) Tell me who you're rooting for because I'll be going on Access Daily to reveal my picks later this week. With that, here's your guide for the week ahead.Let's kick off the week with this image of Lord Anthony Bridgerton, shall we?Call the Midwife (PBS): My sister, Laura—who has great taste in TV, I might add—has long been a fan of CTM and wrote a little something about why it's worth tuning in this season.
