Fox has moved up the Season 10 premiere date for The Masked Singer to 8 PM ET/5 PM PT, Sunday, September 10, immediately following the NFL Double Header. Initially scheduled to debut on September 27, the competition series will take two weeks off, then return on that date for its official time period slot from 8-9 PM ET/PT/ for the remainder of the season.

Selome Hailu “The Fall of the House of Usher,” Mike Flanagan’s upcoming Netflix series based on the works of Edgar Allan Poe, will premiere on Oct. 12. The eight-episode limited series follows ruthless siblings Roderick (Bruce Greenwood) and Madeline Usher (Carla Gugino), who have built Fortunato Pharmaceuticals into an empire of wealth, privilege and power.

To mark the partnership, Ronnie Kasrils, now 86, the former underground African National Congress (ANC) freedom fighter at the heart of the story, participated in detonating a bucket “leaflet bomb” outside the market hotel. These were the devices deployed in 1970 by amateur secret agents that Kasrils recruited in London on orders from Tambo. The devices brought messages of hope from the banned ANC to the South African population at large.
