Sir Steve McQueen signs production deal with Amazon

Kristin Burr— the Disney veteran whose credits include Sweet Home Alabama, The Prestige andThe Muppets— has signed a multi-year, overall deal with Lionsgate.Under Burr! Productions banner, Burr will develop and produced features, having already set up dark comedy MILK— aka Mother I'd Like to Kill— from10 Cloverfield Lane director DanTrachtenberg.

Kobalt today announced that it has signed Lewis Capaldi to an international neighboring rights deal. The Capitol recording artist was previously represented by PPL for international collections.

After she and husband Prince Harry recently announced plans to step back from their roles as "senior members" of the royal family, Meghan Markle has reportedly signed a voiceover deal with Disney, according to The Times.
