Silver Lining Entertainment Productions Inks First-Look Deal With A+E Studios

Paramount Pictures has closed a three-year first look development deal with Ryan Reynolds’s Maximum Effort Productions. The deal covers motion picture development for all Maximum Efforts projects, at all budget levels. Reynolds (Deadpool 2, Pokémon: Detective Pikachu) and George Dewey (Free Guy, “Don’t”) launched Maximum Effort in 2018, following their successful collaborative efforts on the first two Deadpool films.

EXCLUSIVE: Insecure co-star and producer Natasha Rothwell has signed a multi-year overall deal with ABC Signature. Under the rich pact, which is in conjunction with Disney General Entertainment’s BIPOC Creator Initiative led by Tara Duncan, Rothwell will develop new projects for television via her Big Hattie Productions.
