hotel narrowly escaped jail today. Christopher Killick, 41, videoed Emily Hunt, also 41, for 62 seconds while she slept and was naked in order for him to use for self-gratification at a later date.
Ms Hunt, who fought for five years for the case to go to court, waived her right to legal anonymity. The Crown Prosecution Service first arrested 41-year-old Killick on suspicion of rape, but released him due to lack of evidence.
