As the royal family once again gathered on Saturday to mark the first Trooping the Colour parade since King Charles assumed the throne, millions of viewers around the world tuned in to see the pomp and pageantry of the annual occasion to mark the King’s official birthday. Yet while all eyes were undoubtedly on the King himself, many fans at home may not have noticed a sweet moment shared between Princess Charlotte and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, shortly after they had finished travelling in a carriage back to Buckingham Palace.
