Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is stepping back as chairman of his company Revolt Media, a rep confirmed, in the midst of multiple sexual assault lawsuits.

Combs launched Revolt in 2013 as a cable music network and it’s expanded into a multi-platform digital company and leading media brand for Black creators. It’s run by CEO Detavio Samuels.
Earlier this month, the rapper’s former longtime girlfriend, Cassandra Ventura, aka Cassie, sued Combs over accusations of rape and intense physical and psychological abuse. The case was settled out of court less than 24 hours after it was filed. Two more suits were filed last week. In a lawsuit filed in New York Supreme Court, Joi Dickerson-Neal alleges that the rapper and record mogul drugged and sexually assaulted her in 1991 when she was a student at Syracuse University
