A woman who smashed her brother round the head with a crowbar and hid a drug-packed Kinder Egg in her private parts has been locked up.
Stacey Phinn, 35, was caught with more than £4,000 worth of drugs secreted in the egg and hidden in her underwear.
Fiscal depute Lora Apostolova told Dundee Sheriff Court : "A member of the public contacted police regarding the taking of drugs in a common close.
"They traced the accused and two males. They saw the accused trying to hide a bag containing white rocks. She was taken into custody and strip searched.
"Officers observed a package in her underwear. There were wraps inside a Kinder Egg."
Phinn, from Dundee, admitted being concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine in the city's Rosefield Street on September 3, 2020.
She also admitted attacking Sean Phinn by punching and kicking him and repeatedly striking him on the head and body with a crowbar to his injury on April 28, 2021.
Miss Apostolova said: "A witness heard shouting and identified the accused and Sean Phinn. Both were standing in the street.
"The accused was shouting at him. When he turned his back she pushed him with two hands and caused him to fall against a car.
"The accused started striking the complainer with a crowbar, to the head and legs." Sheriff Paul Brown deferred sentence for reports.
Last year, Phinn was jailed for 12 months after coughing in a police officer's face and laughing as she told him she had Covid.
Sheriff Richard MacFarlane told her: "You coughed in his face and the aggravation clearly is that you said you had Covid at the time.
"He wasn't to know whether you had Covid or not. Then you aggravate the situation by laughing. None of us know what we are living with in the Covid situation and he may
