It's hard to believe that Lulu turned 75 last month as her youthful looks would tell you otherwise.
The Scots star decided to keep her birthday celebrations low key and enjoy some quality time with her family and friends.
In an interview with our sister paper, the Mirror, Lulu opened up on her plans as she's set to tour the country: “It was very chillaxed with my closest family.
"Not a big deal and just very easy and sweet.”
However, this isn't a sign of the singer slowing down, in fact, it's quite the opposite as she was merely saving herself for “one hell of a party”.

She said: “It’s going to be really special. The way I celebrate best is when I’m on stage.”
The Champagne For Lulu tour starts in her hometown of Glasgow and ends at the London Palladium.
Despite her long career in showbiz, Lulu has no plans to retire. She said: “People say, ‘Is this gonna be your last tour?’ And I think, ‘Wow, that’s a question.’ But yes, actually. Possibly.”
However, she's got other projects in the pipeline too. She said: “I want to focus on my acting. I always think, ‘What am I going to do next? What’s coming up? What am I going to plan?’ I got into the film business when I was 16 when I starred in To Sir With Love, so it feels like it’s come full circle.”
It was on April 17, 1964 that the Glasgow-born superstar stormed the charts with Shout at the tender age of 15. The song would go on to turn the wee girl from Scotland's biggest city into a cherished national treasure.
The tour name was inspired by a line from her cameo appearance in the hit comedy series Ab Fab, which Lulu calls “the greatest gift
