A man who threatened to cut off his elderly father's head and chop up his body was jailed today.
Robert Conacher, 46, "became angry" at the home of his father, Hendry Conacher, 73, and got a knife from the kitchen, Alloa Sheriff Court was told.
Prosecutor Rachel Wallace said the incident occurred on August 28th (2021) when Conacher turned up at the old man's home in Alloa Road, Clackmannan.
Conacher let himself in, but he was told he wasn't going to be able to stay there.
