The areas with the UK's best male and female drivers have been announced, with one Scottish test centre taking first place.
According to an A-Plan insurance study, Aberdeen South (Cove) has the highest pass rate for men.
While Lee on The Solent, in Hampshire, came out top for women drivers.
To determine the centre with the highest pass rate for women and men, the study looked at the pass rate percentage of major driving test centres in the UK – specifically ones that have carried out at least 1,000 tests since April 2020, Wales Online reports.
Lee On The Solent comes out on top for women as the test centre with the highest female pass rate.
This test centre has an average pass rate of 67%, when analysing the passes of all tests from April 2020 to June 2021 – of 1,649 tests for women taken, 1,107 were passed.
In comparison, Aberdeen South (Cove) has the highest pass rate for males out of all test centres in the UK. The average pass rate is 69%.
Second is Llantrisant with a female pass rate of 66% - out of 762 tests conducted for women, 507 were passed. Lee On The Solent has the second-highest pass rate for males at 68%. 1,667 tests were taken in this area for men and 1,147 of these passed...
