‘Schitt’s Creek’ Star Eugene Levy Signs With UTA (EXCLUSIVE)

John Hopewell Chief International CorrespondentIn the run-up to its roll-out in cinema theaters around the world, Penelope Cruz and Antonio Banderas starrer “Official Competition” has a official trailer.Variety has had exclusive access to its international subtitled version. Buena Vista International will release “Official Competition” in Spanish cinemas on Feb.

WME music agents Marissa Smith, Matthew Morgan and Buster Philipps have left the agency and are bound for UTA, sources tell Variety. The news follows the exit of Scott Clayton, who was one of three co-heads of music at WME.

Angelique Jackson “Black-ish” and “Little” star Marsai Martin and her Genius Entertainment production company have signed with UTA for representation in all areas.In 2019, Martin starred in “Little,” a feature that she conceptualized, pitched, sold and then executive produced with Will Packer for Universal. Rebecca Rubin Film and Media ReporterAnnabella Sciorra has been set to star in “Fresh Kills,” an upcoming feature film set in the world of organized crime.Jennifer Esposito is writing and directing the film, marking her feature directorial debut. She will also act in “Fresh Kills” alongside Sciorra.Inspired by Esposito’s upbringing in Staten Island, “Fresh Kills” tells the suspenseful story about the loyal women behind the mob men who loomed over New York City in the late 20th century.
