Schitt’s Creek actor Noah Reid will make his Broadway debut next spring in Steppenwolf Theatre Company’s The Minutes, the Tracy Letts play that was in previews when the Covid pandemic shutdown was announced in March 2020.
Reid will take the role of Mr. Peel, previously played by Armie Hammer, who withdrew from the production amidst sexual misconduct allegations.
The Minutes will resume performances at Studio 54 on March 19, 2022, with an official opening set for Thursday, April 7. Tickets are on

Greg Kinnear will make his Broadway debut as Atticus Finch in Aaron Sorkin’s stage adaptation of the classic Harper Lee novel To Kill a Mockingbird, replacing outgoing star Jeff Daniels in January.
Kinnear will take over the role from Jeff Daniels on January 5, having previously been set to take the role in March 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic shut down Broadway along with the rest of the performing arts world. Bartlett Sher directed the play from a script adapted from Harper Lee’s classic novel by Aaron Sorkin.
Harper Lee won a Pulitzer Prize in 1961 and has been widely praised as a sensitive portrait of racial tension in 1930s Alabama.
