The 57-year-old And Just Like That star’s diagnosis comes just after her husband Matthew Broderick also tested positive, and Plaza Suite‘s Thursday night (April 7) performance has been canceled on Broadway.

Earlier in the week, Sarah Jessica Parker tested negative and continued to perform with Matthew‘s understudy. She tested positive with a second test confirming the diagnosis days later.
“With both Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker positive for COVID, tonight’s performance of Plaza Suite is canceled,” the show’s producers said in a statement, via Variety.
“The producers apologize for the inconvenience this has caused audience members. Ticket holders should contact their point of sale to reschedule for a future performance or obtain a refund. Everyone wishes Matthew and Sarah Jessica a speedy recovery.”
They will give updates about future performances at a later date.
