Rylan Clark stunned Alison Hammond as he joined her at the helm of This Morning after she shared hints about 'moving on' from the programme. The pair were reunited on Thursday (November 23) to front the ITV daytime show from the studio while Dermot O'Leary was sent of to the This Morning forest.
At the top of the show, after welcoming viewers and revealing what was to come over the two and a half hours the programme is on air, Alison and Rylan sat down to discuss the latest news headlines and other quirky stories catching people's attention.
It was during the segment that Rylan, 35, told Alison, 48, about his surprise working from home attire while he was recording his BBC Radio 2 during the pandemic which saw him host his Saturday afternoon show from his sprawling home in Essex.

At the time, they were discussing wearing comfy clothes to work after it was revealed one in three employees wear pyjamas while on the clock. Discussing the new study on the show, Rylan confessed to working in nothing but a pair of pants during the Covid lockdowns.
He revealed: "I remember during COVID I was doing my radio show from my house, I had to build a studio. I did BBC Radio 2 in my underwear." Clearly shocked by the admission, Alison replied: "Stop it. But did you put a top on?"
Revealing more about his risky working attire, Rylan explained: "No, no one could see me it was just my voice. I was sat there in my pants. I always walk about in my underwear I love it, sometimes I might have none on."
