Rylan Clark says he's 'alive' as he opens up on hospital dash

Rylan Clark has returned to his hosting duties on the radio after a recent hospital stay.The presenter, 33, returned to the airwaves on BBC Radio 2 yesterday after spending some time in hospital for an unspecified illness. Returning to his presenting work, Rylan confirmed that he is now “bouncing fit” and thanked hosts OJ Borg and Gary Davies for covering his show while he was away. Speaking into the microphone, Rylan said: “I want to say a massive thank you to Gary and OJ for stepping in the last couple of weeks, don't stress.” Then referring to himself in the third person, Rylan joked: “He's alive, he's alive, he is back and bouncing fit and do we have a show for you this afternoon." Slowly on the mend. Won’t be on the wireless tomorrow. Resting up.
Be back soon." However, he updated fans on his recovery last Sunday when he shared a selfie from home. Rylan posted a selfie showing the TV star wearing a white hoodie and sitting on his sofa with his thumb up towards the camera along with the caption: "Resting. See u all soon x".
He was soon sent messages of support from loyal fans including one who wrote: "Ahh hope you are ok @Rylan get well soon x". While another added: "Get well soon @Rylan we miss you x". Last year, Rylan revealed he was hospitalised following his split from his husband Dan Neal.
