Rylan Clark forced to pull out of BBC Radio 2 show as he's left bed bound with flu

Rylan Clark has revealed he's been forced to take a break from his radio show after falling ill with the flu.The 33 year old TV and radio star announced the news with is 1.6million Twitter followers on Friday evening. He wrote: "Gone and got the flu (not surprised) been in bed for a couple of days. "Have lat tested and not Covid thankfully but won’t be able to go on the wireless tomorrow.

Fans soon responded with supportive messages for the star, who recently vowed to "enjoy himself" after being "so boring" for last few years. One wrote: "Get well soon Rylan" followed by a blue heart emoji. Another added: "speedy recovery love the fact ya said wireless im showing me age lol".
While a third wrote: "Get well dear boy - your station needs you". Last year Rylan pulled out of his Radio 2 show for a number of consecutive weeks and it was later revealed he was splitting from his husband Dan Neal. And in a recent candid interview Rylan, who spilled on a secret feud with a mystery actor recently, admitted he wasn't sure if he could return to his glittering TV and radio career.
Rylan confessed to "losing himself" and feeling "low" after his five and a half year marriage broke down. And he revealed: "I didn’t think I’d be here. I didn’t think I could continue." And when asked by The Observer if he meant continuing to work or to live, he said: "Both.
