The 64 year-old TV star took to Instagram on Sunday (June 23) to share the sight of the beautiful floral arrangement. The collection of differently coloured peonies, purchased from Arena Flowers, definitely pleased the fans, reports the Express.
A petite card was nestled amidst the bouquet, its sender's identity concealed by Ruth who playfully captioned it: "Sorry to bang on...but look at them today!"
This comes not even a month since she declared her separation from Eamonn Holmes, also aged 64, after being married for about 14 years. A representative stated that the couple have "confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing".
On the same day when Ruth was marvelling at her new gift, Eamonn too chose social media to announce some major changes occurring at GB News. Sitting at his work desk, he narrated: "Here we are, it is Sunday and I am in work.
"But you may think, 'He is not at work, this is different, there is something different about this', we have had a set redesign. It is quite similar but very different for us."
