Ruby Rose may have hung up her cape earlier this week, but now she’s trying her hand at a little Shakespeare.

Following the shocking news that Ruby Rose was exiting The CW’s “Batwoman” after a single season, producers revealed that the title role will be recast when the show eventually returns for a second season.
It seems "Batwoman" has found a solution following the exit of its star. In May, it was announced that Ruby Rose, who had starred as Kate Kane, aka Batwoman, in the CW show's freshman season, would not return for round two.

Ruby Rose addressed her abrupt exit as the lead of The CW’s “Batwoman.” The 34-year-old actress was cast in 2018 to join the network’s ever-expanding roster of TV shows based on DC Comics heroes like “The Flash,” “Arrow,” “Black Lightning,” “Supergirl” and “Legends of Tomorrow.” However, she announced earlier this month that she won’t be back for Season 2, forcing the series to recast her part.

According to Deadline, Rose has informed CW and the crew behind the new hit series, “Batwoman,” that she doesn’t intend on returning for Season 2.
