Roman Kemp has opened up about the devastating reason he's left Capital FM after a decade. He said it felt like he was "living that same day over and over again" since his friend and producer on the show passed away.

Roman shared with the Mirror: "I need this time for myself. I've been at that company (Global) for ten years, on that show for seven now.
