Los Angeles today began enforcing an ordinance requiring Angelenos patronizing indoor restaurants, gyms, movie theaters and recreational facilities, personal care establishments and some city buildings to show proof of full vaccination against Covid-19. Both 20th Television and Rockmond himself have confirmed that the 48-year-old actor will not return to Fox’s hit procedural series due to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
