A double lung transplant is the “ultimate goal” for hospitalized Broadway actor Nick Cordero following a brutal battle with the coronavirus, according to his wife.
The Rock of Ages star remains in the intensive care unit in a Los Angeles hospital, where he was first admitted in March after exhibiting various COVID-19 symptoms, which quickly escalated into a health crisis, costing him his leg.
Cordero also had to be fitted with a temporary pacemaker, all while he was in a medically-induced coma,

Nick Cordero’s album will be released posthumously on his birthday, September 17, Broadway Records announced on Wednesday. The Broadway actor spent over 90 days at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Calif.
