He was 79.There was a certain retro quality to the actor’s persona that made Ward seem more akin to Humphrey Bogart or John Garfield (although not quite with those actors’ level of charisma) than to his contemporaries, and it did not seem at all affected.

Keanu Reeves was considered for Brad Pitt’s role in "The Lost City," the film’s directors have revealed. When directors Adam and Aaron Nee spoke with Screen Rant about Pitt’s role in the film, the duo shared that they were uncertain if they would be able to cast Pitt and had other stars in mind, including Reeves. "I think we thought it was gonna be Keanu Reeves initially, but he was tied up with ‘John Wick,’ and that's where we were like, 'Brad was always our first choice,'" Adam shared with the outlet.

Directed by Adam and Aaron Nee, “The Lost City” stars Bullock as the successful but weary romance novelist Loretta Sage and Tatum as her gorgeous but stupid cover model Alan. When Loretta is kidnapped by an eccentric billionaire (Daniel Radcliffe) to help find a lost treasure, it’s up to Alan to save her as they are thrust into an adventure straight out of her novels.
The Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum-led comedy The Lost City is set to premiere on May 10 via Paramount+ in the United States and Canada. It’ll be available in Australia, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy later this year.
