Emergency services are currently dealing with an ‘ongoing incident’ in a residential Scots street.At least four marked police vans have been spotted on Dundonald Park in Cardenen, near Lochgelly, Fife.It is understood that they arrived on the scene at around 10am on Friday, February 19.A National Risk Ambulance is also thought to be in attendance alongside specialist forensics officers.Police Scotland confirmed they are in attendance in relation to a 'pre-planned operation'.
