Messages between Rebekah Vardy and her agent were revealed yesterday in the latest round of the ongoing legal battle between Rebekah and Coleen Rooney. In a new development, Whatsapp messages between Rebekah, 39, and her publicist Caroline Watt were laid out in court, where she allegedly calls Coleen a "nasty b***h" and a "c**t".
Rebekah’s lawyer Hugh Tomlinson QC shared them in a bid to "demonstrate beyond doubt that she was not responsible for leaking private information”.The Sun reports that he said: “Such messages include Ms Vardy’s shocked reaction when she first discovered that Ms Rooney suspected her of leaking stories." However, a source close to Coleen has told OK! that it will in fact be “a massive win” for the 35 year old. “The messages will be a massive win for Coleen,” the source claims.
“The court case wasn’t always looking like it was going to go in her favour, but Coleen is confident the truth always comes out.” They added: “She’s always insisted that she has evidence.” One message Rebekah wrote to Caroline read: “Someone on her Instagram regularly sells stories on her. Bet it’s their PR again, has to be." Another said: "I really can’t see anyone being that a*sed with selling stories on her."
