Real Madrid are keeping tabs on Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund - according to reports.
Having allowed Cristiano Ronaldo to leave Old Trafford for a second time, United waited to sign their replacement for the five-time Ballon d'Or winner. They flirted with a move for England captain Harry Kane before his subsequent switch to Bayern Munich and set their sights on the up-and-coming Denmark prospect instead.
Hojlund, 21, has started to hit tip-top form in the Premier League with five goals in as many appearances.

United splashed out £72million on Hojlund as they lured him to the UK from Atalanta this summer. However, their rapidly-developing Denmark international is thought to have Real monitoring his situation - with a view to making a swoop for him if they miss out on Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland.
Real have operated without an out-an-out No.9 for large parts this season. Mbappe is the obvious and ongoing fit, amid intense speculation over his Paris Saint-Germain future, while reports from Defensa Central state Hojlund will be considered as an alternative to the Frenchman - or Haaland - if they prove unattainable.
Elsewhere, reports from Football Transfers indicate United are in pole position to sign former Ajax captain Matthijs de Ligt from Bayern this summer. The 24-year-old defender faces an uncertain future at the Allianz Arena.
Interest from the Premier League in the Dutchman is rife and United wanted him previously. However, after making his name in Amsterdam, the centre-back opted to move to Juventus and Bayern to further his career.
