Rangers could turn to the young guns for some minutes against Sparta Prague as a combination of injuries and squad registration issues cutting Philippe Clement down to the bare bones tonight.
The boss is without injured Nicolas Raskin and John Souttar while Scott Wright, the hero off the bench at Hampden at the weekend, has dealt him a fresh injury blow. He's unable to use Leon Balogun or Ridvan Yilmaz with neither of the pair registered by Michael Beale for the Euro squad, the boss admitting frustration at the 'limitations' that have been put on his selection in his five games in charge so far.
There is one boost though as Tom Lawrence is back having made his long-awaited return off the bench against Hearts. Both he and Kemar Roofe are available, though it's unlikely either will start as they recover from injuries.
Clement said in his latest injury address on Wednesday: "Raskin and Souttar will not feature in the next two games. Hopefully, the international break will give us time to recover. Kemar Roofe will be in the squad, although will be very early for him. Will not be more than 5-10 minutes. We are limited with our squad.
"Scott Wright is a serious doubt for tomorrow. Rabbi Matondo trained first time with the group today but is not ready for selection. Wright has a small muscle problem he felt in the last action of the game. It is not serious but one we can't risk. A doubt for tomorrow."
