A Range Rover driver has gone on trial accused of causing the death of a pensioner in Oldham.
Naveed Patel, 32, denies causing the death of 76-year-old David Eyre by careless driving.
Prosecutors allege Mr Patel was speeding and crashed into Mr Eyre's car, as Mr Eyre was turning right onto Broadway in Royton.
