A driver has appeared in court to admit causing the death of a schoolgirl.
Andrew Cairns, 36, pleaded guilty to causing the death of 11-year-old Ruby Cropper by careless driving.
He denied causing her death by dangerous driving.

Prosecutors said they did not accept his plea, and a trial was scheduled for January.
