‘Queer Eye’ & ‘The Apollo’ Big Winners On Creative Arts Emmys Night One

RuPaul won for outstanding host for a reality or competition program at Saturday's Creative Arts Emmys, breaking Jeff Probst's previous record for wins in the category with a fifth straight Emmy. In a pre-recorded video speech, RuPaul appeared in drag from the set of his show, and thanked the Academy, adding, "every time I bat my false eyelashes I'm making a political statement.

The long week of Creative Arts Emmys is finally over. After five nights of virtual ceremonies, the Television Academy has bestowed a heap of trophies to “Watchmen,” “Saturday Night Live,” “The Marvelous Mrs.

Norman Lear was recognized with a win during the second night of 2020's virtual Creative Arts Emmys on Tuesday for Live in Front of a Studio Audience:All in the Family and Good Times. At 98, Lear has surpassed his own record, set in 2019, as the oldest Emmy winner ever.
