Queen's health is 'monitored' after monarch 'recently' met with Covid-hit Charles

The Queen's health is reportedly being "monitored" after she met with her eldest son Prince Charles recently, as he has been confirmed to test positive with COVID-19 on Thursday, February 10. While the 95 year old monarch has seen the first in line to the throne recently, Buckingham Palace have reportedly refused to confirm or deny whether she is currently testing positive for the virus.The palace source did confirm that the Queen is yet to display any symptoms, however.

You can sign up at the top of the page The father-of-two is currently self-isolating and a source told The Mirror that the situation is currently being monitored. Clarence House told the public on Twitter that Charles is "deeply disappointed" to have to cancel a full day schedule of engagements, but is hopeful to emerge from isolation as soon as possible.
"This morning The Prince of Wales has tested positive for COVID-19 and is now self-isolating," the tweet read. "HRH is deeply disappointed not to be able to attend today's events in Winchester and will look to reschedule his visit as soon as possible." Prince Charles held an investiture on Tuesday, February 8 at Windsor Castle, where the Queen is currently residing, but it's not yet clear how much contact they had.The monarch was confirmed to have her first vaccination back in January 2021, with reports claiming she then had her second dose two months later in March.
