Queen Latifah Speaks Out About Chris Noth Being Fired From 'The Equalizer' After Sexual Assault Claims

Chris Noth’s final scenes were cut from the "Sex and the City" reboot "And Just Like That…" finale amid sexual assault allegations against the actor. The series followed Carrie Bradshaw’s (Sarah Jessica Parker) grief as her longtime love Mr. Big (Noth) suffered a fatal heart attack in the first episode on his Peloton.

A massive presence. While And Just Like That erased Chris Noth’s appearance from the first season finale, his character’s presence still looms over Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) in a trailer for the upcoming episode.

Chris Noth, 67, and his wife Tara Wilson, 39, had a short meeting on Tuesday January 25, when the actor met with his wife in Southern California to pick up their kids in new photos, which you can see here, via Daily Mail. This was the first time that Chris and Tara had been seen out and about together since multiple women have come forward with sexual misconduct allegations against the Sex And The City Star in December 2021.

It is such a dicey, delicate situation that requires a great deal of respect," she explained.  As far as the allegations are concerned, the actress said the situation was "a personal thing" that Noth will now have to find a way to "deal with." As for his character on the show, she explained that he is currently being written out, but that conversations are happening about what that will look like for "The Equalizer going forward.

The fallout from men abusing their power is not limited to their victims. In the case of an actor like Chris Noth, it’s also all the hurt fans they let down.

The actress admitted that the “delicate situation” doesn’t feel real as the cast and the crew of the CBS crime series try to figure out what to do now that one of their main characters is no longer a part of it.
