Queen Latifah Speaks Out About Chris Noth Being Fired From 'The Equalizer' After Sexual Assault Claims

Queen Latifah is speaking out about the allegations against Chris Noth, with whom she starred with in CBS’s The Equalizer series.
In an new interview with People, the 51-year-old actress is sharing her thoughts on the situation.

“It’s still surreal,” she shared with the outlet, when asked. “It is such a dicey, delicate situation that requires a great deal of respect. That’s a personal thing that he’s going to have to deal with.”
She also spoke about how Chris‘s character will be written off the show, as Chris was fired after the allegations came out.
He had starred as William Bishop, Robyn McCall’s former CIA handler and long-time friend.
“We are figuring out what we want to do creatively on the show and how we’re going to deal with that character,” Queen Latifah said. “Chris’s character’s obviously a big part of the show and it was amazing chemistry, amazing chemistry, and my feeling is justice has to prevail regardless. I just want the right things to be done, you know?”
Chris has been accused by three women of sexual assault.
