Starving, terrified puppies were found 'squealing' in containers after RSPCA officers raided a cruel dog breeder's home.
Dogs were kept locked in crates or cat carriers and were refused water before being sold on for a profit by Emmanuel Paul.
The callous 37-year-old was rumbled by RSPCA officers, who noticed a 'strong smell of ammonia' as they raided his flat.
