Pupils at one of Scotland's biggest secondary schools have started a petition over a long running dispute about toilets breaks - and are threatening to boycott classes.
Larbert High School kids have gathered over 1,000 signatures and claim they are being denied a basic human right.
It's understood that youngsters aren't allowed to go to the toilet during class time unless they have a medical reason, or a toilet pass, and instead need to go whilst on intervals or lunch.
Around 2,000 pupils attend the school daily.
Falkirk Council told us previously that this was not the case, however, an email sent to parents and pupils in May last year stated otherwise.
A pupil at the school, who does not want to be named, said: "I've been at this school for 3 years, and nothing has changed, it's been the same stupid rule from day one.
"The reason for not letting us out is because people have been vandalising the toilets, which isn't obviously cool, but they can still be vandalised during breaks and at lunch.
"The rule is pointless, and as far as we are all concerned it is a basic human right to allow us to use a toilet as and when needed.
"It's not a concentration camp we are in, it's a school.
"Hopefully the petition changes things, but if not, then we might need to boycott classes."
A spokesperson for Falkirk Council has again disputed some of the claims.
They said: "We are aware of the petition, the content of which was already being discussed within the school.
