The hunt is over. The Whites have been caught.
In case you hadn’t heard, Casey White, an inmate at the Lauderdale County Jail in Florence, Alabama, has been on the run for over a week — after a corrections officer helped him escape! Assistant Director of Corrections Vicky White (no relation) had been with the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office for 25 years, but something about this big, Nazi-tattoo-sporting murder suspect just did it for her. Because she broke bad and broke his ass out!
On Friday, April 29, Vicky apparently wasn’t questioned when she claimed she was taking Casey to a mental health hearing — but it turns out there wasn’t one. The two disappeared, and have led law enforcement on a chase ever since. This was particularly scary for both the general public AND for Vicky as the 38-year-old inmate’s latest charges had been murder after he allegedly confessed to the stabbing death of a 58-year-old woman.
Well, now the two are finally back in custody.

In a press conference Monday afternoon, Lauderdale County Sheriff Rick Singleton explained that a tip from the public came in on Sunday night, leading to the pair being located at a hotel in Evansville, Indiana. When police closed in, a car chase ensued. The Whites’ vehicle crashed, and they were taken into custody without the police ever having fired a shot.
Wow, really? We guess when it came to one of their own, they figured out how to apprehend without firing a hundred rounds through the door.
Vicky was shot, however. She was apprehended with an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound. It’s unclear at this time when or why she shot herself, but local Vanderburgh County Sheriff Dave Wedding said she’s in

While most wedding guests expect a box of chocolates or another kind of other edible favour for attending, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker gifted their guests with racy underwear. The pair had their third wedding ceremony on Sunday 22 May, getting hitched in Portofino, Italy, in front of a congregation including an array of A-list guests – obviously including Kourtney’s sisters. Now, new snaps of the newlyweds’ special day have been shared online, and the behind-the-scenes pics show off some of the more intimate details of their wedding.
And the newlyweds (unsurprisingly) wore black. After partying into the early hours of the morning at their wedding reception, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker were spotted boarding a boat in Portofino, Italy.

Picking up six months after the events of season 3, which ended with an epic showdown at the Starcourt mall, the new episodes will see the core group of friends struggling in the aftermath.
Christopher Vourlias Estonia received a splashy introduction to the limelight in 2019, when it played host to Christopher Nolan’s time-bending sci-fi drama “Tenet.” The biggest production to shoot in the Baltic nation to date, Warner Bros.’ $200 million blockbuster landed Estonia squarely on the map for international film and television productions.Though the coronavirus pandemic arrived not long after principal photography wrapped, the industry hasn’t skipped a beat since, with both domestic and international production — drawn by a cash rebate of up to 30% —continuing apace. This year, says Estonian Film Institute CEO Edith Sepp, there are no signs of slowing down.“The Estonian cash rebate has been booming more than ever in the first half of this year,” she says.
Zack Sharf George Miller electrified the Cannes Film Festival with “Three Thousand Years of Longing,” his first directorial effort since “Mad Max: Fury Road.” Miller’s latest, starring Tilda Swinton and Idris Elba, earned a six-minute standing ovation after its world premiere at Cannes’ Palais theater.A love letter to storytelling and its tropes and parables passed down through history, “Three Thousand Years” follows a solitary academic (Swinton) and a burdened genie (Elba) she finds in a bottle in the markets of Istanbul. His history unfolds in the stories of those who had found him before. While his memories were relayed in dazzling ancient locations with heavy special effects, half of the film is spent in a hotel room (the same that Agatha Christie lived in when she wrote “Murder on the Orient Express,” a bellhop tells Swinton).
