Pregnant Charlotte Dawson tells fans she's been 'down' and 'low' ahead of birth of baby number two

Charlotte Dawson has emotionally told fans that she has been feeling 'down' and 'low' ahead of the birth of her second child. The usually bubbly and energetic reality star addressed concerns from her fans after she took a short period of time away from social media, where she is usually very active.
Some of her loyal followers thought that she may have gone into labour and given birth to her baby boy with her fiance Matthew Sarsfield., however, Charlotte said the reality was the complete opposite. The couple announced their joyous news back in February, telling fans they were expecting their 'rainbow baby' after suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage.
Charlotte and Matt revealed at the time that "three will become four" in a sweet announcement on social media which comes almost three years after they welcomed their son Noah, in 2020.

Taking to Instagram, Charlotte appeared in a video and candidly spoke to her followers about how she was feeling. "Hello darlings, I'm here! Me and bumpalicious are still here. Don't worry, I've not had the baby yet," the 30-year-old started by saying."
"I know everybody's been thinking I've got into labour because I've been quiet for two days but I just need a bit of a break from Instagram, from life. I've really been struggling these last couple of days. I'm in quite a lot of pain, I've had loads of Braxton Hicks, I've been feeling tired, I've been sleeping a lot and I've just felt drained and I've been a bit low if I'm honest, been a bit down."
