Netflix has released four first look photos of their upcoming drama Inventing Anna, Shonda Rhimes’ first series for the streamer starring Julia Garner, Anna Chlumsky, Jennifer Esposito, Anna Deavere Smith, Jeff Perry, Anders Holm, and Laverne Cox. This is also the first Rhimes created series since ABC’s Scandal.

While “The Many Saints of Newark” hasn’t been a box office behemoth that Warner Bros. was probably hoping it would be, it would appear the folks at the studio are super happy with how the film is performing on HBO Max.

Starz and Lionsgate are teaming for a new prequel series about the early days of “John Wick” character Winston (played by Ian McShane), titled “The Continental.” The new series focuses on the iconic hotel of the same name, which is a safe haven for assassins. The world of assassins these characters inhabit revolves around a secret group called The High Table, who control criminal syndicates with a violent iron fist, and apparently, everyone has to commit loyalty to them just to operate.
