Police have released photos of three men they want to speak after a 'terrifying' van-jacking in Salford.
The incident unfolded on the Crescent at around 2pm on Tuesday, March 12. Police said the victim - a man aged in his 80s - was driving his delivery van, a large white Mercedes Sprinter, when a group of men travelling in a black Volvo V60 estate rammed into the back of the vehicle.
The men forced him out of the van and fled the scene with the vehicle. Thankfully, the victim did not suffer any serious injuries.

The suspects also left the scene in a Volkswagen Jetta, as well as the Volvo. Police said the Volvo estate's registration plate was AG58 LZC, while the Volkswagen Jetta's registration plate was FR13 NWZ.
Both plates were believed to be cloned or on false details. The van was later found abandoned on Great Clowes Street with items still inside.
Today (March 26), detectives have issued pictures of three men they 'would like to speak to in connection with this incident'. Anyone who recognises them, or who has any information, is being urged to get in touch.
Detective Constable Max Baimak of GMP Salford’s Neighbourhood Crime Team said: "Since this incident happened two weeks ago we have conducted a number of lines of enquiry and are now in a position to appeal to the public further to see if we can identify these three men as we believe they have vital information that could help with our investigation.
