The alleged victim, 24, told a trial how he had met PC Roderick Keith, 50, in Sportster’s Bar and Nightclub in Falkirk.
He told the court how he and Keith – who he looked up to as a role model, as he had aspirations towards the police force or the Army – went home in a taxi in the early hours.
They were met at Keith’s home in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire, by the accused’s wife, who then went back to bed.
