A police officer is facing a disciplinary probe over allegations that he raped one women and sexually assaulted another.

Police have charged an uninsured Tesla driver after they were allegedly clocked travelling at 109mph in Aberdeenshire.
Officers caught the motorist near Hatton on the A90 road between Aberdeen to Peterhead on Wednesday. The man has now been charged with dangerous driving and having no insurance.
Meanwhile a driver of an Audi S3 is alleged to have been travelling at 100mph along the A92 near Catterline in Aberdeenshire on Tuesday. Road Policing Scotland said a 27-year-old man had been reported to the Procurator Fiscal following the incident.
Road Policing Scotland posted on X: "[A] driver of a Tesla Model Y apparently not worried about electricity prices caught driving at 109mph.
"He may yet be concerned with the prices of solicitors, court fines or taxis after being charged with dangerous driving and no insurance."
They added: "[An] Audi S3 [was also] detected making haste southbound at 100mph. 27-year old-male driver reported to COPFS."
It's the third such incident to have been reported in Aberdeenshire by north-east officers this week, with police reporting a driver for travelling 102mph on the AWPR near Cookney north of Stonehaven.
