Police have sealed off a peaceful Glasgow street following an early morning incident.
Residents of Petershill Road in Springburn were woken up by officers and forensics teams sealing off the street at around 6am on Friday, April 14.
A local told Glasgow Live they had been banned from leaving their homes as police continue their enquiries.
The nature of the incident is currently unclear.
Images from the scene show a large section of the street taped off as officers stand guard.
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment by the Record.
