Battles have announced that they will be heading out on a tour in 2022 which will take them to the UK, Europe and North America. Emily Longeretta Derek Haas is redefining the word “multi-task.” The executive producer and co-creator of “Chicago Fire” began showrunning his second show last year with the launch of “FBI: International,” the first Dick Wolf series shot entirely out of the country.During a phone interview with Variety, Haas — currently on set in Budapest — explains that he’s been on location four times since the show began production.“We travel around a lot. We’ve shot in the Swiss Alps, Paris, Prague. So we can usually send a crew for a couple of days, and we strategically write it so that maybe just a limited amount of our cast is in those locations at any one time,” the executive producer explains.

Sigur Rós have today (February 22) announced details of a huge world tour.It’s the group’s first in almost five years and will see the acclaimed Icelandic collective appear in Mexico, Canada and the United States later this year.Tickets for the gigs in Canada and the US are on sale at 10am local time on February 25, while those in Mexico will go on sale 11am local time on February 26.

Cinema Guild has acquired U.S. rights to The Novelist’s Film, the Silver Bear Grand Jury Prize winner from South Korean writer-director Hong Sangsoo, which recently made its world premiere at the 2022 Berlin Film Festival. The film is the third Silver Bear winner in as many years from Hong—who won Best Director for The Woman Who Ran in 2020 and Best Screenplay for Introduction in 2021—and will be the 11th of the director’s works released by Cinema Guild in the last seven years.
