It all started when Carti, born Jordan Terrell Carter, dropped his new song and video “@ MEH” via social media on Thursday, April 16 — his first solo track release since 2018. ‘Meh’ is a common slang term used to describe a mediocre feeling, and it seems like that was Lil Uzi’s — born Symere Woods — attitude about the jam.

Playboi Carti is keeping his word this time around. After teasing cover art for new music on Tuesday night (April 14), Carti skates right back with his comeback single "@ Meh."

Playboi Carti is back. The rapper has shared the video for a new song called “@ MEH,” his first solo track since the release of his most recent album Die Lit in 2018. The new track was produced by jetsonmade, who came to prominence last year as one of DaBaby’s primary producers, alongside Neekobaby and deskhop.
