Bosses behind Piccadilly Tap have unveiled plans for a new pub in the city centre. The new spot will be located at Oxford Road station, and follows the launch of Victoria Tap at Victoria Station last October.

Salford council has pushed forward plans to build more "affordable" housing at two locations in the borough.
The council will draw on almost £600,000 of funding from the Greater Manchester Combined Authority for works at the sites at Eccles New Road and Tootal Grove.
It will create 35 homes on brownfield land, including 16 move-on homes for people at risk of rough sleeping.

Both areas have been "vacant for some time" and are in "poor condition with hazardous material discovered" at one part of the site, according to a report submitted to the council.
Planning permission for the sites has already been approved.
The scheme will also benefit from Homes England grant funding of £3m through the Rough Sleepers Accommodation programme and 2021-26 Affordable Housing Programme.
They will be rented out through Dérive - a development company owned by Salford council.
The homeless move-on accommodation to be created as part of the plan has been developed with consultation with a homeless user group at Loaves and Fishes Salford who have influenced the design and layout of the properties.
In September 2023, work started on the Eccles New Road site with all 14 homes scheduled to be completed in summer 2024. Work is due to commence on the Tootal Grove site in February 2024 with completion expected in summer 2025.
