Perth and Kinross Council has called on the Scottish Government to consider putting parts of the region close to Dundee into tier three of coronavirus restrictions so the majority can go in to tier two. Cllr Murray Lyle said he is concerned about the prospect of Tayside-wide tier three restrictions being brought in after a rise in cases in Dundee.
