Glastonbury 2022 go on sale this evening (March 24), with ticket and coach packages available to registered fans.This year’s festival, which will be held from June 22-26, has already sold out after deposits that were initially paid for Glastonbury 2020 were rolled over for a second year following the cancellation of the 2021 festival.Anyone who had paid a deposit had until March 7 to pay off the remaining balance (£230 + £5 booking fee).However, any returned tickets will be available here tonight as part of a package that involves travel to and from the festival by coach.The sale will be limited to 2 tickets per transaction, to reflect the limited number of seats available per coach. A list of departure points is available here and you must be registered to buy a ticket to Glastonbury 2022.There will also be a sale of general admission tickets this Sunday (March 27).

BRIT Awards 2022 suffers record low ratings with 2.7 million viewers

BRIT Awards 2022 attracted its lowest audience ever in overnight figures when it was broadcast on Tuesday (February 8).According to figures published by Broadcast, ITV pulled in 2.7 million viewers during the show, which spanned two-and-a-half-hours from 8pm.While this is the lowest in the show’s history, a drop from 2.9 million viewers for 2021’s event, this figure doesn’t count viewers around the world who streamed it digitally on YouTube or catch-up service ITV Hub.The show also went up against BBC drama This Is Going To Hurt starring Ben Whishaw,  which attracted a bigger audience of 3.2 million viewers in overnight ratings.This year’s BRIT Awards featured performances from Adele, Ed Sheeran, Little Simz, Dave, Liam Gallagher and Sam Fender – along with a surprise appearance from Bring Me The Horizon.Adele was the big winner on the night, taking three awards including the coveted Album Of The Year for her fourth LP ‘30’.

Liam Gallagher performed his new single ‘Everything’s Electric’ for the first time during last night’s BRIT Awards (February 8) – you can watch his performance below.The track is the first to be previewed from the former Oasis frontman’s upcoming new solo album ‘C’MON YOU KNOW’, which is set for release on May 27 and is the follow-up to 2019’s ‘Why Me? Why Not.’.After releasing ‘Everything’s Electric’ – which was co-written with Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl – last Friday (February 4), Gallagher gave the song its live debut at last night’s BRITs at The O2 in London.The performance began with footage of Gallagher being helicoptered into the venue, before he then made his way to the stage to perform ‘Everything’s Electric’ with his live band – you can see his performance below.‘Everything’s Electric’, which was also co-written by its producer Greg Kurstin, was inspired by Beastie Boys’ ‘Sabotage’ and The Rolling Stones’ ‘Gimme Shelter’, according to a press release.Gallagher will play his biggest solo shows to date in June, including two sold-out gigs at Knebworth.
