Forn was in the middle of editing a scene depicting the “eye vacuum trap,” in which a character must escape Jigsaw’s game or lose his eyesight.

Kevin Greutert, who directed “Saw IV” and “Saw: The Final Chapter,” is directing the new untitled film from Twisted Pictures.The plot for the new film is being kept under wraps, but the producers are promising plenty of bloody and ingenious traps and a new mystery to solve.
