A new era of Dancing On Ice is set to begin this weekend as Holly Willoughby returns to presenting duties, this time joined by Stephen Mulhern. Holly, 42, had previously hosted the ITV show with Phillip Schofield, who stepped down from his ITV duties last year due to an "unwise but not illegal" affair with a younger male colleague.
Dancing on Ice fans were gifted a very special treat this week when it was officially confirmed that Holly Willoughby would be returning to present the show, this time alongside Stephen Mulhern. Up until the official announcement, doubts had been raised about whether or not Holly would be returning to the show following her departure from This Morning earlier this year.

It's been revealed that Holly, 42, will make a return to TV screens in January 2024 after quitting This Morning in October and keeping a low profile ever since. She signed the Dancing on Ice deal over Christmas after months of deliberation, and is now set to team up with Deal or No Deal presenter Stephen, 46, in the new year.

Naman Ramachandran Graham Norton will host the U.K. reboot of “Wheel of Fortune” on broadcast channel ITV1 and streamer ITVX. The game show, based on the U.S. format, is being produced by Whisper North, part of the Sony Pictures Television-backed Whisper Group. “Wheel of Fortune” was broadcast for 14 seasons between 1988-2001 on ITV. Returning for an 8 x 60′ run, which includes two celebrity specials, the game show will again be centred around a giant carnival wheel as the contestants spin to win for a cash prize. The turn of the wheel secures a cash value before they pick a letter to help them solve the puzzle. For every correct letter they reveal in the puzzle they win multiples of that amount. They could lose everything at a spin of a wheel which contains ‘bankrupts’ and ‘lose a turn’ and the contestants’ entire winnings could be wiped out. In addition to cash, contestants can also win some prizes which are added to their cash pot to help them reach the bonus round.

Broadcaster ITV has commissioned a version of the Fremantle-owned format, with Stephen Mangan serving as host while Alan Carr and Daisy May Cooper are set to be team captains. The word association game, which first launched on CBS in 1961, sees captains and contestants try to guess their teammates’ passwords with the help of one-word clues. The ITV version will offer a cash prize in the final. In the U.S., the show has run in every decade across CBS, ABC and NBC. The most recent version, starring Palmer and Fallon, launched last year on NBC and quickly became one of the network’s most popular shows.

UK broadcasters ITV and STV have announced that they will stage a live concert later this month to raise money for the Disasters Emergency Committee’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.Performers taking part are set to be announced in the run up to the concert, although organisers have said that they are aiming for “a unique event spreading a message of hope and support”, with a mixture of music performances and short films.Produced by Livewire Pictures, with radio company Global on board as media partner and Marks & Spencer as headline sponsor, all sponsorship and advertising revenue generated by the event will be donated to the DEC appeal – which should raise around £3 million.“Music is a very powerful tool when it comes to showing support and solidarity, and at ITV we are proud and privileged to be working with Livewire Pictures, Global, M&S and the DEC on such an important and necessary fundraising event”, says Katie Rawcliffe, Head Of Entertainment Commissioning at ITV.Meanwhile, Kelly Williams and Simon Daglish – Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director at ITV Commercial – add: “As we’ve witnessed the horrific events unfolding before our eyes we want to work with brands to show our industry’s support and raise as much money as possible for the millions of people affected by this crisis.

Concert for Ukraine, which will take place on Tuesday 29 March, will see a star-studded musical line-up and will raise funds for the ongoing DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
