Shaun Ryder, lead singer of the Happy Mondays has revealed that while filming for the first series of I’m A Celebrity South Africa, his replacement hip ‘popped out’ while he was sleeping, leaving him in agony. Shaun, 60, has revealed that he chose to refuse any medical help when the incident unfolded on the second night of the pre-recorded show. He explained that, instead, it was Princess Diana ’s former butler, Paul Burrell who came to his rescue.
