Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2024 is just a few weeks away and the special will once again air live on ABC.

ABC and Dick Clark Productions are shaking things up on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. The upcoming 52nd edition of the venerable holiday telecast will have new co-hosts joining Seacrest — Rita Ora will be live in Times Square while Jeannie Mai will emcee the Hollywood party in the Pacific Time zone. They succeed Liza Koshy and Ciara who held co-hosting duties for the past couple of years.

Dick Clark Productions is expanding its talent division with two new appointments. Sara Kantathavornis joining the company as senior vice president, talent strategy and Jeremy Lowe has been promoted to vice president, talent and partnerships. Lowe and Kantathavorn will work closely together in their new roles.

Today, Penske Media Eldridge (PME) announced its acquisition of Dick Clark Productions (dcp), the live events and alternative media producer, as part of a larger strategic alliance with Eldridge augmenting its existing partnership with Penske Media’s (PMC’s) entertainment media brands and SXSW. PME is a PMC subsidiary and joint venture between Penske Media Corporation and Eldridge.
